App Configuration

Follow the below steps for install and setup ataglance 2.0 app

Installation

• Go to Apps Menu and find add new app.

• Search the “At a Glance Telemetry“ on new market place

• Click on app and install.

App Setup

Create Application Links (Create Application Links for data sharing with third party)

• In Jira Data Center, navigate to Jira settings (cog icon) > Applications > Application links.

• Application URL : https://ataglanceapp.com/

• Display URL : https://ataglanceapp.com

Open

• Application Name : Concepts and Beyond

• Application Type : Generic Application

• Checked  Created Incoming links Option

• Consumer key : AtaGlanceAuth

•  Consumer name = AtaGlance

•  Public key = Copy the public key from the jira_publickey.pem file

• Save (Continue)

• User side steps are completed.

Authentication

App authentication with your Jira data center.

Please follow the steps for app authentication

• Open AtaGlance App and Click on Home Bar -> Settings section 

• Save the MongoDB Details after that we are able to authorize jira server 

• Here we can see the two buttons Open Document and Authorize.

• We already created a jira server application links for authentication. We click in Authorize  Button and it will automatically open a new tab and ask you for permission to authenticate.

• Click on the Allow button for sharing authentication.

• Copy the code verification code and go back to the previous tab and paste the verification and save the code.
